- DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, or Professional

- Within Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–4 business days
- Other states in India: 4–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: Up to 10 business days
- Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on select orders as per promotional offers displayed on our website.
- For other orders, shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a small handling fee depending on courier policy.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Please mention your Order ID and Reason for Cancellation in your message or email.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.
2. Order Cancellation by Bapanapalli Sarees
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment was not completed successfully.
- The shipping address provided is invalid or unserviceable.
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
- If we cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, or wallet).
- COD orders are not applicable for direct refunds — only the order will be cancelled prior to shipping.
4. No Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once your order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The request for return is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. - Custom-stitched or altered sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process

- Provide order details and clear photos of the product issue.
Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us within 48 hours. Exchange will be provided for the same or equivalent product value (subject to availability).
5. Non-Returnable Items

- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.
